Charity I'm sorry to hear this, I spoke with my manager David and he shared that he did speak with you and discounted each of your entrees and also gave you a free 10 chicken wings card to come back and get 10 wings for free on your next visit. It was my understanding that your Mushroom Swiss burger was overcooked and we spoke with our kitchen staff to ensure they are doing their best to cook to the temperature our guests request. We apologize for your experience. Hopefully the steps that David took let you know that we care about your experience and our reputation. I do think "nasty" is a poor choice of wording but I understand this is your review and I respect it. Hopefully you will give us a chance in the future with your free 10 chicken wings card and know that although we're not perfect, we do our best every day to make sure we provide quality food at a fair price. 5 pc boneless wings over $10 and small portions. Side of beer battered fries were pretty good, but some were over cooked and too crispy to eat. In total, $17 in food that felt like $8 - $10 value.
